This vid is a recording about what USD15 can buy one at a local Grocery Outlet store This store is also know locally as the "Gross Out", due to some of the wierd items that can be purchased at deep discounts..most often frozen and long past the "Best By" datecode. Watch to learn what I purchased some time ago, all the way from New Zealand...never frozen....hint:it had Green Lips, and I thought I was gonna die after eating some.

ER Visit

Not gonna bore you with shownote details. My diabetes manifested, had to take a day off of work. It sucked, but I recorded audio while hooked to an IV Pump. OK..so I recorded after the first litre of .9% Saline was pumped into my body..I spare you from the  4 hours that followed. I live, I thrive, I'm just happy to be here to be of service. I think I mentioned a few cool emails. Light Life Love!! Matt & Weegie, I love you guys!!!

SDR125:Emotional Breakdown

Recorded the Friday after Thanksgiving, sitting alone in the dark on my bed. My cats were attempting to cheer me, but it just didn't work. I had to call in sick , I just couldn't leave the house. I was bawling like a baby, terrible thoughts were assaulting my brain. I spent the whole day in bed, wanting my brain to just fucking DIE. I decided that stopping my anti-anxiety treatment without my doctors approval was the root cause of this mini-breakdown, complicated by a hypoglycemic event.  I refilled the medication and am back to taking it before bed each evening. I have not listened to what I recorded (just didn't want to re-live the whole drama), so forgive me if the audio is crap.
